Property developers Tribeca approached Fresco Creative to help with a range of creative problems. Essence Project Management is a fast growing property development company that had an established logo but wanted to create a unique and consistent corporate identity to improve their brand recognition and to better communicate their company values. Fresco has been working with the various faculties at UNSW for over 5 years, the University has recently upgraded their extensive style guide and Fresco has been working with the UNSW team to roll this out onto various marketing collateral. Kaplan approached Fresco to update their existing outdated logo and refresh their brand assets. As part of this refresh Fresco also created a positioning statement for Kaplan to leverage all design work from. It was important that the logo was evolved as opposed to being completely re-invented as we didn’t want to disenfranchise Kaplan’s current client base.
