WWF Australia and Fresco Creative have collaborated on an ad hoc basis since 2004. We were involved in the development of the WWF Australia Style Guide which became redundant by the creation of more comprehensive global guidelines – with guidance for each region, including Australia. The WWF brand guidelines have evolved to be 350 pages long and Fresco Creative follows them closely to maintain this recognisable and respected global brand.

Our largest project with WWF was 205 page scientific report summarising the findings of a 4 year research project, “Rivers to Reef to Turtles” funded (in part) by the QLD Government. The report was prepared to assist with the planning and regulation of the Queensland coastal regions. We designed the covers and 12 chapter pages and applied minimal formatting to the scientific data. The publication had active figure and table series, contents, footnotes, clickable cross-references, index and appendix.

Fresco also worked on their Turtle Valuation Report in 2021. Following their strict brand guidelines we created a 104 page brochure showcasing the economic impact marine turtle conservation can have in the Asia-Pacific Region. To create a strong impact with governments we also created a infographic summarising the key findings of the report which can also be used as a stand alone piece.

“WOW! It is looking amazing. I’m absolutely blown away. I’m sure the Turtle team will also be ecstatic with your magic.” – Breanne, WWF Australia
