Western Sydney University came to Fresco for assistance with their Welfare Services department collateral. They wanted an overhaul of the accommodation part of their website – but keeping the new look in line with the extensive WSU brand guidelines and with a focus on improving the User Experience. We assisted them by coming up with innovative and functional new webpage designs and with content – including copy and a photoshoot and series of videos showing the accommodation facilities and interviews with international students about their experiences living on campus. We also created a little A6 postcard for Welcome Week.
After the success of the first set of videos, Western Sydney University engaged Fresco again this year to create a second series of informative videos for international students arriving in Australia to study at WSU. The videos cover a wide ranges of hot topics such as Student Welfare Service, Legalities and Scams, Connection, Accommodation, Disability Service, Respectful Relationships, Counsellors, Western Success Advisors and Overseas Health Cover.
