International pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline came to us upon announcement of the closure of their factory in Boronia in Melbourne, for help with commemorative collateral. They wanted to go off with a bang and celebrate the 52 years of excellence in pharmaceutical care by creating a history book containing images and stories detailing the life of the facility. They wanted to present the history book at their Gala event marking the closure of the factory and distribute it to all employees as a thank you and keepsake. While the graphic design for the book itself was going through concept development and rollout, our copywriter worked with the team to write up the history of the facility. We then organised a photoshoot and catalogued nearly 3,000 shots of the facility and staff members which were used in the book.
Lastly, we produced a 2 minute farewell video which was played at the farewell event which included some of the images and farewell messages from top-level GSK leaders based in Europe.
