Fresco Creative delivered a complete creative brand and advertising campaign for Holy Cross Kincumber, a premium residential aged care home on the NSW Central Coast. From brand storytelling to multi-channel execution, our brief was to build awareness, trust and momentum ahead of the home’s opening, and then seamlessly transition the message to “Open Now”.

We developed a fully integrated campaign spanning brand strategy, social media content, outdoor (OOH) advertising, radio advertising and video, ensuring consistent messaging across every touchpoint. The initial phase focused on brand awareness, introducing Holy Cross to the local community and building familiarity with the facility, its location and its values. As the home opened, the campaign evolved into a strong call-to-action, driving enquiries and move-ins.

The results speak for themselves. Within just over a month of opening, more than 60% of beds were occupied, with residents moving in from day one – a powerful indicator of campaign success.

Positioned as a coastal haven, Holy Cross Kincumber is a thoughtfully designed, premium aged care home set high above Kincumber with district views and close proximity to Avoca and Terrigal. The campaign reflected this sense of place, care and connection, aligning seamlessly with Holy Cross’s commitment to exceptional residential aged care on the Central Coast.
