Its always so exciting seeing Fresco work out in the market place doing really well. Last weekend I attended my local festival Taste of Coogee and was thrilled to see The Shuck Truck, shucking oysters to a hungry, long, long cue of punters. Fresco has concepted and developed many a food truck in the last few years, this is the first I have “bumped into” out on the road and in action.
